La casa de Cata

Muy contenta con la estancia. Fui con un compañero de trabajo por un proyecto de una semana, y estuvimos muy cómodos. Hay supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes en el mismo barrio. Con una mesa grande para trabajar, y una habitación para cada uno. Volveremos sin duda.

El piso es espacioso, las habitaciones son grandes, el aire acondicionado del salón

Está muy sucio, necesita un buen lavado de cara, las paredes sucias,el sofá y las sillas del salón tienen muchísimas manchas, en la habitación que está cerca del baño hay muchísimo polvo en el cabecero, mesillas, ventilador. El portal huele fatal a humedad y se mete el olor en el piso por la ventana del baño, el agua sale sin presión, las sartenes muy sucias. Es un tercero sin ascensor con unas escaleras muy estrechas, la puerta de la entrada abre y cierra fatal.

È al terzo piano senza ascensore, l insonorizzazione non esiste : si sente tutto anche i vicini "innamorati". Per avere il codice per poter prendere le chiavi abbiamo dovuto aspettare di essere proprio sotto al portone, peccato che la signora non ha guardato subito il telefono e siamo stati una decina di minuti al sole di agosto.

Todo muy limpio, muy cómodo, acogedor, tiene aire acondicionado y WIFI

El patio, las escaleras que hay que subir, la presión del agua,...

El apartamento es muy bonito, reformado de forma practica y bien distribuido

Moho en la ducha. No habia presion de agua, El congelador era una piedra de hielo. La ropa de cama estaba sucia

The property was well situated during Magdalena. We wanted a quieter location away from the noise of the mascletás and music so it was perfect for that as well as very close to an Aldi and Mercadona. The flat was very clean and smelled very pleasant. Belen and Vanesa were very helpful and when our flight was delayed by 2 hours, Vanesa kindly waited an extra two hours to let us in the flat late at night which was much appreciated.

The oven did not work, the door had been completely taken off and it didn’t switch on at all. We were not made aware of this and it limited our ability to cook some meals. The flat has two very lovely bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, however, my mum ended up spending most of the stay sharing with me or on the sofa due to the noise the neighbours made in her bedroom. The insolation is appalling, you can hear everything from a pin dropping to people talking, blowing their noises, their alarms going off in the morning, snoring, etc. My poor mum was kept up most nights by the neighbours who had their tv on all night long at full volume and also if she was lucky enough that they actually turned the tv off for a few hours, she was kept awake by the snoring through the walls. As a result we both had very poor night sleeps there.
