"Amazing view from a beautiful terrace"

Absolutely perfect position in Calpe. Beautiful sea views from a huge terrace. Perfect for sitting on a relaxing. Nice light and airy lounge area with sofa and tv etc. The lounge area and the bedrooms are very nicely decorated and modern. There is also a utility room with washing machine and line at the rear of the property. Ideally situated for beach, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket.

The toilet didn't flush properly. The kitchen sink does not have a plug so makes it difficult to wash pots properly. There seems to be a problem under the kitchen sink with damp/ musty smell. The bathroom and the kitchen are a bit old and in need of an update compared to the rest of the apartment which is beautiful.

"huge terrace with beautiful sea view"

Amazing place directly on the beach with huge terrace with beautiful sea view. Its perfect place to enjoy breakfast or relax. Self check in was very easy, the key was in the keybox. They have also private parking (for 20 EUR / 3 nights) directly next to the building which was great. They prepared a baby cot for our little daughter for free. The location is perfect, you reach everything you need by foot - to Muralla Roja it is about 20 minutes, to Ifac about the same.

The apartment had also some downsides - it is quite old it would slowly need some update. The toilet flush and bathtub drain did not work properly. The coffee machine was not working. The sound isolation between the apartments is not very good. The terrace was very dirty.

Breath taking view from spacious balcony, everything you need for a wonderful stay bang in the middle of everything. Very close to bars and restaurants and supermarket.

Bed is very uncomfortable and loud noises when you move Very old bathroom which needs to be renovated
