Modernes Zimmer und Bett gut, kleiner Balkon zum Frühstücken. (Gilt für eine der Wohnungen im 3. Stock mit kleinem Balkon, Zimmer "Fornice" o.ä.)

Wohnung nur oberflächlich sauber (z.B. schmutzige Gläser und Tablett). Keine Ausstattung, um Tassen & Gläser zu waschen oder den Balkontisch zu wischen. Nur eine Kapsel Kaffee p.P. Bestätigungsmail hat uns auf einen Tag später willkommen geheissen als den Mietstart, das musste erst geklärt werden. Empfang kühl: Haben wir gestört? Etwas falsch gemacht? Sehr eigenartig: Wohnung am 2. Tag nicht geputzt (ist notwendig, weil man nicht einmal selber abwaschen kann). Ruppige Antwort des Vermieters: Wieso wir denn dem Putzpersonal nicht geöffnet hätten (wir waren zur fraglichen Uhrzeit auf einem Ausflug). Frühstück besteht aus einem Cornetto, einem Pasticciotto, einem weiteren süssen Gebäck, einem billigen Succo und eben EINEM Kapsel-Espresso, natürlich ohne eine Form von Milch. Wir waren dann in der Bar um die Ecke für Cappuccino und echten O-Saft. Ausserdem: kein Garagenplatz trotz Angabe auf Booking, eine Schiebetür in der Dusche hat gefehlt. Keine Quittung/Bestätigung für Aufenthaltstaxe (legal?). Es wird ein massiv besserer Eindruck erweckt (im allgemeinen Teil Angaben und Fotos "Whirlpool", "Garten", Angaben zum Zimmer "Stadtblick" und "Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit", Zimmergrösse 40 m2 [nicht nachvollziehbar]).
