Was straightforward and simple

Some confusing wording made it a little hard but he responded quickly and told me to open the lockbox which was very easy!

The superb location right in the heart of Tivoli and just a minute away from Villa d’Este. It was a great experience/comfortable beds/warm inside (heating)/ amazing different level terrace with a beautiful view over Tivoli and mountains.

All was great!
