The room was ok but there is a HUGE issue with the buildings safety . The building is flaged RED/rating 1 in case of an earthquake, meaning extremely dangerous. No elevator working for obvious reasons. I have contacted the accomodation owner when I realized it and the answer were excuses and to contact Booking. According to the law in Roumania it it is not allowed to rent appartments flaged earthquake risk 1, since 01/01/2024. And this is something Booking is also aware of. I attach the link with all the relevant info. So the responsibility was for Booking as well for not complying with the law and not evaluating their listings properly. How is it possible for a house to have so serious issues, not be allowed for renting and have a rating 9+ in Booking? I mean the building was almost abandoned. I douth there were other people living there. Plus they did not respond to my request to change room on time. Therefore I asked for a refund of my money for this booking. Excellent host, so accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Lovely to have fruit, water and biscuits waiting for me on arrival. Easy check in and check out. Spotlessly clean. Easy walk to the old town with shops and restaurants very close to the property. In a great area, as a solo female traveller I felt really safe. Highly recommended!

The host was very friendly and communicated well, the room was very nice and had some lovely extras included, very smooth from beginning to end. Good air conditioning. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

The fridge wasn't plugged in so I couldn't use it as I was only staying one night and it takes time to cool down.

Very quiet area!! Great AC! Easy walk to Old Town area. Grocery store just across the street! UK embassy 50 meters away! Very good Italian restaurant 3 minutes walk!! Easy walk to major bus routes!!

I wish the curtains were darker. By 6:00 it was very bright in the room and I wanted more dark!!

Central location, spacious room, all necessary amenities, responsive host, and very comfortable
