Villa for a get away

A traditional country house which has retained lots of originality and been looked after by owners. The rooms are spacious, beds and furniture comfortable. It’s in a peaceful location with great walks nearby. It’s like a home from home with lots of little details.

Located up a track ; difficult to access on foot with luggage. The only shower is in the en-suite; family bathroom has hand-held shower over bath. Part of the building is let as a flat so our privacy was compromised. The garden and terrace are shared-use. (We were not made aware of this and believed our rental was for the entire property) It was more like an Airbnb than a Booking property as the owner had left their own food items eg half an onion and two eggs etc. - this seemed more like an oversight than a welcome gift! The Rittencard was not included as it seems to be with most other rental properties in Soprabolzano. As a result our family of six paid an additional €270 for 7 day travel cards to access the cable car to/from Bolzano and the small train.
