"Buona struttura a poco prezzo"

- la struttura è un loft abbastanza ampio per 2 persone - ci sono utensili per poter cucinare nel loft - ci sono punti di sosta per e-bike e motorini elettrici e se ne trovano spesso nei paraggi, è molto comodo -vicino a molti supermercati - è a 17 minuti in bici dal lungomare - i proprietari della struttura sono disponibili - la zona è residenziale e molto tranquilla

- il fatto che fosse al piano terra è poco comodo e garantisce poca privacy, nonostante i vetri siano "a specchio" in realtà è piuttosto visibile l'interno dalla strada - dovrete comprare voi carta igienica, sapone e tutto ciò che è essenziale, è molto spartano - la pulizia era buona ma non eccellente

Super centraal, mooi en groot appartement, perfect en ik zou zeker terug komen!

Het was wat vies in de straat, het stonk enorm en het was zeker niet schoon

The place is very nice and clean. All the necessary stuff for the kitchen and bathroom ware available,towels and cleaning products. The AC works great and the TV has Netflix.

The location is at the back of a large block of flats, it's a bit dirty,People don't clean after they dogs,we had someone throwing eggs at the door when we were asleep and they pinched our beach towel.

L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, molto curato e dotato dell'essenziale. La posizione è ottimale per chi vuole essere vicino sia al centro di Valencia che alla spiaggia de La Malvarrosa. Host super gentili e disponibili per rispondere a qualsiasi domanda o necessità. Consigliatissima

Purtroppo davanti casa spesso vengono lasciati molti escrementi di cane che i padroni maleducati non raccolgono

New, large, tastefully furnished and equipped apartment, close to bus and metro. Easy check-in and check-out. I can recommend!
