Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms were as comfortable as could be given they’re in an airport

Shower facilities would be great but I know this is difficult given it’s an airport

I had a great experience staying at VATC SleepPod in Terminal 1. The location inside the airport is very convenient, perfect for transit passengers. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable for a good rest before our next flight. I especially want to highlight the female staff member (unfortunately I forgot her name) who was extremely helpful. She kindly assisted us with our luggage both at check-in and check-out, which made our stay much smoother and more pleasant. Her warm attitude and excellent service left a very positive impression. Overall, I highly recommend VATC SleepPod to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay at Hanoi Airport.

Situé à côté du lieu de stockage des équipements métalliques (barrières, échafaudages…). Beaucoup de bruit lorsqu’ils viennent déstocker /stocker Climatisation sommaire peu intuitive

予約サイト（Booking.com）での予約情報と、チェックイン時の予約情報に齟齬が発生していたが、フロントのスタッフが柔軟に対応してくれた。 その他、スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。

就在機場裡面，可惜無法洗澡，只能使用機場內的廁所
