Exclusive use of Garden Room!!

Cosy little place with so many thoughtful touches. Perfect space for our night’s stay en route down the country. The hamper was a lovely addition and very considerate. Great communication with the host and nothing was too much trouble.

My husband was undergoing a surgical procedure. Access to the peaceful garden filled with birdsong was so relaxing and calming after hours spent in the hospital environment. The host’s generosity in providing a fridge and hamper full of the most thoughtful “goodies” was such a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and pristine clean as was the modern shower room.

Not a single thing!

Everything, They have an excellent service of clean bath towels, also a wide variety of breakfast items and extras. They even had soy milk, there is a beautiful garden in front of the room and a special room there with a wonderful view, two red sofas and a small table in the middle. My husband and I traveled for work, but we loved the place so much that in the future if we need to go on vacation we will surely make another reservation there.

Sarah and Ant goes above and beyond for your stay at theirs. They answered any questions I had promptly prior to arrival and very accommodating during the whole stay too! They provide a lot of complimentary things - from food to toiletries :) aswell as the small touches like ear buds. The location is really good for shopping and activities. Theres a lovely golf course behind the house which we explored one evening.. was very peaceful and would be amazing for picnic in the Summer! If we were staying more days I’d also take advantage of the Summer House in the garden.

Not really a negative that affected my stay personally but for the bathroom light you could maybe buy the push lights from somewhere like poundland/home bargains. Really cheap and effective and will not go off you just got to change the batteries :)

This accommodation was exceptional. Far outweighed any hotel we have stayed at for value for money and extras . Fridge and hamper stocked with provisions was really unexpected. Loads of extras for the money....have no idea how the hosts make any profit. Comfortable. Outside area and even a sun room to use. We will definitely recommend and will definitely be back

We loved everything. Only tiny thing that would have been useful is a hairdryer. But overall 100% happy

The location was perfect for getting to the BAWA Leisure Centre where we were attending an event on Sunday. Everything was clean and tidy, the hamper and fridge contents were an unexpected surprise, I didn't have any, but my partner enjoyed the croissants. There were gluten free products and soya milk provided which makes a change. The fridges little freezer section was great for refreezing our cool blocks for the next day. We would have happily stayed longer, but it was just a one night stop for us, but would consider again should we want to stay in that area just as a couple.

Only minor criticism, having allergies, I am not a fan of smelly items like scent sticks/oils, if we had been staying longer I would have removed them from the bathroom. The bathroom light did turn off whilst I was in the shower which was a bit scary the first time, the second time it did it, it wasn't as bad. The bathroom being in the shared hallway probably wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't 6 months pregnant, but having to get up in the night was a little bit of a pain. The bedroom door handle on the outside is hard to turn because it's very close to the doorframe, making it difficult to close the door behind you.
