I was too comfortable to wake up for breakfast ....

The security manning the gate should be more agile ... they are occupied with other duties that pull them off from the gate ...i had to open the gate for myself. Also, abit of hooting from the residents trying to get the attention of the gate security.

Ambience, location design is great

The common areas of the place were dirty a sharp contrast with the condor we got

The host really goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Fully equipped apartment, including drinking water, washing machine, insecticide, condiments, great towels, awesome office chair. It's an old compound but inside apartment everything is well-kept. Karen is safe and great for walking/running around. Walking distance to Waterfront mall and Chinese superstore. I thought gym was included but my bad, a commercial gym is also walking distance (too expensive though). 100% recommended, surely be back!

I think it's fair to say that breakfast was not actually included. Host still did something nice like leaving some raw eggs/milk upon arrival. But we (foreigners) expect breakfast to be breakfast, not some raw material for half the stay. Still well-deserved 10* but should remove the breakfast included

The location is accessible...Very elaborate...
