Location, beautiful condo

The toilet was about to tip over and the bathtub has a mouse sized hair ball that I had to remove because the tub was 5" in dirty water from trying to take a shower 🤢. The air conditioner was locked on 70 which was not bad in the middle of the night but during the day the unit stayed hot every time the door was opened.and was not the way to try to go to sleep.

Location, size, value, comfortable beds

Cleanliness was a little lacking - someone let a bait tie in the shower and some legos in the front room. The master bath clogs very easily; I would recommend putting in a hair trap that is easily emptied.
