The shower was probably the only pro of this rental.

When we arrived we didn’t have any available parking. The rental had some items left by previous guests, so it wasn’t properly cleaned. We had a difficult time getting rest or relaxation because of the people residing in the apartment above us continuously making movements, and the apartment is in need of maintenance. The cabinets and microwave actually came undone from the wall in the kitchen and nearly fell off the wall. There are various cracks in the walls and the floors, as well as the uneven flooring. The furniture is cheap and was actually broken prior to our arrival. And the living room tv was not working properly. This rental is in need of serious maintenance. It caused a hazard.
