House was in a great location . Very quaint and arty . Loved the host and the cat ! We were treated so well , nothing was too much trouble , from the freshly brewed tea when we arrived to the delicious breakfast . Everything was perfect .

"Great comfortable stay in lovely guest house"

A lovely little property centrally located. Super host who could not do enough for us on our stay. Breakfast was very good and a bit different from the norm . We would definitely stay again if we visit Belfast again 👌

Carol was a fantastic host who provided us with an amazing breakfast and a very comfortable accommodation.

Bed could have been a bit bigger for two, however it was comfortable.

Beautiful place, great hospitality by Carol, wonderful breakfast, and cute Mary cat !

Nothing ! It is not in the center but near a wonderful park, and 2 minutes from bus to the city center
