The place is perfect for our overnight stay in Lucena. There is a small fridge, kettle, and free drinking water. There is a car park beside the apartle and a mini shop for emergency food stuff. It is a minute walk away to SM. A really value for money.

I’d like to thank Ms. Nicole for being friendly and accommodating. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The place is very good for its price, comfortable and spacious. I liked the location, as it is within walking distance to SM. I will surely come back again.

The parking area is away from the apartment and is not cemented.

"Real 3 minutes driving to SM Mall parking lot!"

The best position for visiting the SM Mall with only 250 meters away to enter the mall parking and pay the 20 pesos. 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes walking.

There is a little Windows closer the main entrance of the room and we needed to cover protecting our privacy. Towels not to good to dry after the shower.

Close to SM. Split A/C was good

Moldy smell in both rooms infestation with cockroaches, Rooms weren't cleaned well. Bathroom didn't have hot water and was smelly.
