Just the location was close to BKC

The instructions were not clear, my booking was not confirmed until I paid. The number provided was unanswered. After multiple attempts someone answered and told to make payment to confirm booking. After I paid they the room was booked by someone else on AirBNB. The person on other side was rude. I was then asked to pay 1k extra to get the room. As I did not have time to look for any other place, i took it.
