Main Street to the beach at Coba Av

Lovely building with gym, and lap pool. There is also a sauna and steam room (you need to ask for them to be turned on), a small hot tub and a lovely shared outdoor area. The studio apartment was clean, spacious and had a stove top, fridge and washing machine and private outdoor area. The bed was big and comfortable, shower was lively with hot water too. The washroom area was all open within studio but towels could be hung across the wall for privacy if needed. The young lady Concierge was exceptional. Perfect for a couple.

Google map directions at wrong. The apartment is in a condo-type complex just in from the main road. Do not tack side streets to get there. The owner did not communicate well - we did not know how to get in or if we were even in the right building, but fortunately the concierge was very helpful and patient - she was able to figure out who the owner was and get the QR code send to us. Tulum was not a favourite for us. Great for a day bike ride to the ruins and along the beach. A day or two would have been plenty.

Ottimo servizio di concierge (Sara e Minerva super disponibili a risolvere ogni problema e a darti tutte le info di cui hai bisogno), struttura moderna e affascinante, dotata di tutti i servizi (piscine, palestra, sauna)

Ottima posizione ma la strada, se piove, si allaga

Tout était parfait! Emplacement parfait à Tulum pour prendre les collectivos vers Coba, les cenotes, la plage etc... Salle de sport / Sauna /hamam / jacuzzi et cénote artificiel pour les équipements de l’hôtel. Cuisine complète (sauf four), grand lit très confortable, douche/toilettes RAS, machine/séchoir dans l'appartement, terrasse avec petite piscine individuelle, grande télé écran plat devant le lit. Rapport qualité/prix au top. Je recommande à 1000% si vous passez à Tulum

Petites coupures de courant en arrivant qui n’à duré qu'une heure

A parte io nome, che non è reale, la struttura è fantastica. Quando siamo andati noi, a novembre 2025, il prezzo era eccellente, staff eccellente, stanza enorme e un " cenote", lo chiamano cosi, jakuzi con acqua calda e fredda in cui puoi spendere il tempo prima di avere la stanza. Il check in è alle 16

Mi spiace che lo staff lavori veramente ranto. Turni da 24 ore. Bello per noi ma mi spiace per loro anche perchè c'è un sistema di sicurezza.. forse eccessivo, non so, e molto tecnologico, con qr da usare per entrare in orario serale, che non abbiamo usato perchè c'era sempre il personale

Hotel z potencjałem, ale średnio utrzymany - pokój dość brudny, plamy na pościeli, ręcznik z dziurą, wiatrak w łazience głośny, syfon w umywalce brudny, basen w pokoju wymagający konserwacji

Muy buena ubicacion, cuenta con varias pscinas que se puede utilizar, gym sauna etc la habitacion estaba limpia cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar si haci lo deseas microondas, estufa, frigobar, platos, vasos, etc. se encuentra cerca del chedrauli, farmacias, zona arqueologica de tulum y parque del jaguar, el check in fue rapido me contactaron para darme las instrucciones la recpecionista muy amable nos recomendo lugares donde visitar.

unico detalle que el camino para ingresar no esta pavimentado por lo que esta en mal estado sin embargo solo es una esquina todo lo demas esta genial

Its 1st floor, dark room, got somebites or alergy, around are trees so balcony is also dark, if you want to dry your clothes or towels it do not dry quickly, no place to dry because place where to dry is broken, jacuzzy was dirty, after shower floors in room are wet. Location is far from beach although we like to walk but for those who not you have to rent smth. In sauna i saw big mosquito. Pool outside also not clean, leaves inside.
