The property was perfect for what myself and 7 friends were looking for! When I booked our stay, the owner promptly called me and explained that there was a slight error and that the property was meant to have been paused for booking as it was under construction. He gave me the choice of a full refund or staying and he would do his best to accommodate us, and we chose to stay due to this offering the best price in the area we were looking for. When we got there, you couldn't even tell there had been construction. A beautifully furnished property that fitted our needs perfectly! Really loved our stay, sad it was only for the one night.

I think it was due to the property being paused for bookings online so the owner was probably focusing more on managing the construction work, however I found the confirmation of the booking (especially considering the context of mine), the arranging of getting the keys and managing check in and out times was mainly directed by myself. Not necessarily a bad thing as we were able to fit the check in and out times to suit our trip, however felt ever so slightly forgotten.

The owners of this account are scammers. On the day I was to move in here with my family, they called me at 11:30am and said the house had an issue and they would offer me another apartment. I agreed cos I was already in a tight fix. To cut the long story short, they took me and my family to a substandard apartment. They pacified me that they'll refund part of the funds.. till now, they haven't responded to that. They are just con-artists, pls stay away from the apartment. I have proof of our conversations on WhatsApp. They use this house as bait and then change the accommodation to a terrible one hours before move in. It was a terrible experience. Booking.com should do something about them

Love that every room has it’s own on suite, the kitchen was beautiful, love the pot lights everywhere.

Very nice house, equipped with all the needed things. We were happy to stay in a typical English building. In the kitchen we found all for cooking, bathrooms were clean. 127 bus is only about 3 minutes away.

Communication with the host could be much faster and better

Close to bus stops to take you to zone 4 stations. Supermarkets 10 minutes away. Local shop on the corner. 30 minutes train ride from station to London Victoria. Buses run every 10 minutes which take you to the station.

The 4 bathroom washbasins are very small but managable and there are no mirrors. Kitchen needed a deep clean so the owner sent a cleaner on request. Owner could be a bit more responsive however, we didn't have any problems on arrival or departure day.
