Melissa made sure that all our needs were met and went over and above what was expected of a host. The apartment is in a magnificent position.

It's no big deal but, there's no coffee making facilities and although there is a dishwasher, there's no product supplied to clean the dishes.

Very nice and clean, and also it’s very aesthetically pleasing. I would highly recommend. The host is literally just a WhatsApp away and responds fast to anything that you need

The host didn’t provide extra toilet paper towels which is a problem if the run out during the night.

The place was exceptional and luxurious. Had all the relevant appliances. Breathtaking views. Night walks at the beach were fun. Places of Interest and Restuarants are all few minutes drive away.

Perfect location. Stunning views, been coming to Chakas Terrace block for more than 20 years, this was the nicest unit we've rented.

Check-in from 14:00, we arrived at 15:30 and unit wasn't ready. Check-out is indicated as 9:00 to 10:00, received message to leave by 9:00 or earlier the eve before we left.

The best in Ballito. No words can describe it. The host was so hospitable, kind, and caring. I honestly have not experienced such great service before. Chakas Terrace No.7 has set a standard above the rest.
