❌ Many keys for the residence (garage, entrance, parking door...) ❌ I didn't realize the pool was closed. Not open before June 15. (my fault) ❌ The photos make it look as if the children's play equipment is in the (private) garden, but it's outside, next to the pool.

We loved the apartment. It is super clean, very well appointed, nicely decorated and has everything one needs for a perfect stay (we were there as a couple for 4 nights). The garden was lovely, and we really enjoyed having breakfast in the sun. As we came early October the swimming pool was closed, but we knew that would be the case, however the long chairs by the pool were still available to use and it is was nice to relax facing the sea. The location was perfect, slightly out of the town center, but with direct access to the cycle path. It takes about 20mn to reach the town center by feet (nice walk again following the cycle path) or 7mn cycling. The fact that bicycles were provided with the accommodation was a Huge added bonus, as it is great to cycle everywhere. Having access to the garage was also extremely practical as parking can be an issue in Sanremo. The host Filippo was extremely responsive and communication was easy. We will definitely rent the apartment again next time we visit Sanremo.

There was nothing we did not like, it was perfect.

The property and Filippo are first rate. The property is well setup and provides everything necessary to have great stay in San Remo. This is also supported by Filippo who is very easy to contact and is highly responsive to make your stay pleasurable.

There is a fantastic pool, but to use it you must wear a head cap!!! During the three days we were there, no body used the pool, when it was 30 deg (I wonder why). Also this was the first property, where you need to sort and then take your rubbish to bins. Lastly the property is about 25-30 min walk from central San Remo, thus if you don't like walking then you may need to look at alternatives. None of the above really impacted our stay.

The information and instructions provided along with the attentiveness of the Host was fantastic! The apartment has everything and in particular, the bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best night's sleep I have had in a while. Access to the sea, the pool and the walking path all from the premises, was fantastic.

There was really nothing that I did not like. Anything that I had questions about, the host was very quick to respond.

Nice clean ground floor apt with a big terrace and small yard in front. Big garage that can fit any car. The owner was very responsive and helped with all the questions.

In this time of year I would expect the apt to be at least a bit heated prior to arrival esp that we arrived late in the evening and had to heat it up ourselves.
