A modern, dog-friendly 3 bedrm canal side property

Highly recommended. All perfect and very relaxing

The house has been beautifully renovated and feels super comfortable, spacious, and warm. It is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Great beds, shower, lounge, kitchen etc etc The owner had thoughtfully provided milk, orange juice, butter, bread and also a box of maltesers! Due to staying in January we didn't use the garden but that also was a goid size and had a dog washing station! The house is in a quiet residential area but you can access the canal path for walking directly from the garden. The house is very close to a great coastal cafe (Archers), a lovely garden centre cafe, pubs (we went to one in Hest Bank) plus is so close to gorgeous places such as Arnside, The lakes, Lancaster, and Morecambe. We had cocktails in the Midland Hotel bar overlooking the bay - just gorgeous 😍 If we return to the area we will definitely book this house again. Superb value for money.

Fantastic location…canal at the end of the garden. Walking distance to the sea and a great choice of shops and eateries on your doorstep. The place is incredibly well appointed…it has literally everything, including a dog shower! It’s warm, comfortable and very tastefully done with top quality fittings and fixtures. The host was really lovely and left thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and chocolates. Counting the days until we return!

Nothing it was perfect.

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner left bread, milk, butter, orange juice, prosecco, chocolates and Xmas Crackers which was a lovely touch. The beds very very comfortable and the bed linen and bath towels were very good quality. Everything was to a high standard.

The only thing missing was a bin for the bathroom for Cotton wool etc.

Really clean. Exactly as described. Decorated for Christmas and lots of extra goodies. Really made our stay first class. Everything you could need and more. Would be a great property anytime of the year.

I don’t know where to start about this property it was amazing great location so clean everything was done to a high standard. The canal at the back was a lovely walk with great pubs a long the way John was a great host even the neighbours was lovely to us
