Couldn't even make it to the hotel in order to express what I loved about it

They confirmed my booking through booking.com, then when called them to let them know we will be coming later than our check-in time, the customer service team member told us that all rooms are booked for today and that we don't have a booking at the hotel (I clearly told them that we booked through Booking.com). Luckily, I didn't submit my payment online as it would've caused much more problems.

Dear Siesta Hotel Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your hotel. I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com (Reservation Number: **4961968101**), but upon arrival, the receptionist informed me there was no booking under my name and no available rooms. His attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even worse. To try and solve the issue, my friend Khaled contacted the hotel directly, but the staff member he spoke with was also unhelpful and spoke in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This experience caused a great deal of stress and wasted time. I was left without accommodation and had to search for another place to stay at the last minute, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Such treatment from hotel staff is unacceptable, especially for a guest with a confirmed booking. I believe this reflects poorly on the hotel's service and management. I am requesting a formal apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the time wasted due to this mishandling of my booking.
