The location was central and was a walk away from the station and the square

B&B operates more like a budget apartment rental with minimal service. Breakfast is served on a tray and guests are expected to eat everything and return an empty tray. If you don’t comply, the host becomes extremely angry. Customer service and respectful treatment of guests are not priorities here. When we refused the meager breakfast of just two croissants, the host decided to send us extremely nasty messages, accusing us of behaving like children and expecting him to be our slave. Please note this breakfast was already included in the stay so wasn’t a special order that we refused last minute. The whole experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hostile attitude of the host created an atmosphere of tension and stress, rather than relaxation and hospitality. We felt disrespected and belittled, and it was clear that our comfort and satisfaction were not valued. Instead of enjoying a peaceful stay, we were subjected to unnecessary conflict and rude behavior, which left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Great location, extremely clean, excellent host.

Simple and good apartment for staying for a night. It includes a minimum breakfast, but for the morning it is enough (bread + jam), no tea. The location is also good, you can reach the walking street in a couple of minutes. Keep in mind that it is not a real hotel or apartment, it is one room in the apartment building.

The location was amazing- right in the middle of everything! When we complained about the breakfast, our host did go out of his way to deliver us fresh pastries in the morning.

The room and experience wasn't as described. The room didn't even have the bare minimums, for example; we didnt have a glass to drink out of... and you couldn't boil the kettle without unplugging the fridge... the shower overflowed whenever we used it. Lastly, the breakfast we paid good money for was a stale croisant in a plastic bag.

Bed was very hard.

Spacious, new and good location. Hosts are very friendly and the breakfast is great.

Mattress is rock hard.
