Location; facilities; very responsive Owner. Very clean neat and tidy.

Very small, narrow kitchen area.

Smell like naphtaline. Dirty and incomplete sheets-

The apartment was perfect for our 8 travelers. The location was near resturants and we happened to arrive during the fair week for Seville. We enjoyed the attractions and our host was always available to answer questions.

Beautifully decorated properly, well located . Well stocked kitchen and laundry. But bedrooms are pretty small.

Small bedrooms . There should be be towel racks in the bathroom.

We liked having a bathroom for each bedroom. We liked having two sitting room areas. We loved the upstairs sitting area particularly. We liked how authentically spanish the flat feels. The beds and pillows were great for us too. It was lovely and warm - very helpful as it was cold in January when we visited. The host very kindly altered the check out time for us so we could leave our bags late for a late flight, which we appreciated very much.

The kitchen is very well equipped but very small - not much you can do about that. But in terms of what could improve it - we thought it might have been helpful to have at least one non stick saucepan in the kitchen - the one there has definitely lost it's non stick! But we managed fine - its only a minor issue. We also thought it might have been nice to have duvet covers (if that's possible) rather than just sheets folded over the duvet. The bedrooms are small but adequate, but if you like spaciousness, then it's worth noting...

The apartment was very conveniently located in a historical building. We got our key with easy to follow instruction from the host who was very helpful and friendly. It was an amazing 2 storey apartment with two spacious, stylish sitting rooms and a dining room. It even had a lift so you don't have to carry your luggage up to the second floor. All amenities were generously provided. The rooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed it very much

The only complaint I would have is the size of the guest room which is a bit small but still not too bad. And some of the lights were not working - we were told the power supply was not too steady in the city, and we had a short power cutoff one night (the fuse short circuit) but it went back to normal at a flick of the fuse switch.

Very spacious property which catered well for a large group. Location was excellent, as was communication with Maria. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was charming, spacious and furnished to make you feel at home. Also well located and within walking distance to the sights, shopping and cafes. The street was quiet and we enjoyed restful sleep every night.

Nothing.. was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed.
