Localization

The appartment is situated on the groud floor, widthways the flat. It has two gardens- on both sides of the building. In the other seasons it would be great, but in hot summer, when we visited Lago Maggiore, the garden from the front was exposed to the sun for the whole day, so unfortunatelly it was extremelly hot inside. It was the worst in the night, because we literally coun't sleep. Maybe it would be better place to stay for a pair, not for a family, because we had to use the coach, which was next to this garden expose to the sun. So after two days we changed the place of staying! We have learned to book appartment woth aircondidtion. Apart from that, there are lots of shortmonigs and defects, wchih aren't shown on the pictures in Booking- they are attached to my opinion. There is literally no place to unpack, we had to leave uor things in the bags.

Location is perfect, clean and very nice interior design.

New renovated apartment in the center of Baveno, very good equipped, very clean. Really appreciated online check-in process. Really good price.
