Vapari - Tampere Soccer Stadium by Come in!

The location is good (about a 20 minute walk to the train station) and there's a large grocery store just next door. The apt. was clean and quite well-equipped. We also liked the enclosed balcony. I usually got a reply to my questions almost immediately although all communication was done via text or email. It appears as if the only humans one might encounter are the cleaning staff. Compared to other options in Tampere, this place offered pretty good value for money.

It's probably just me being a technological dinosaur but I found it strange to have to rely on my cellphone to get into the building and apt. The apt. is a narrow rectangle with one side of the bed against the wall and the other side opposite the sink/kitchenette. We were surprised to find that the door handles leading into the apt. and to the patio were so loose we were afraid they'd fall off. This may have been known to be a problem because there were screwdrivers in the closet presumably so guests could use them to tighten the handles. Unfortunately there was not the correct one (torx - I think) for the apartment door handle. The additional fee of €7 to check in an hour early is rather excessive. It might be a good idea to bring a selection of screwdrivers if you plan to stay here. The sliding glass panels on the balcony didn't open or close easily because, I think, the bottom rail was not perfectly horizontal. That means that the bottom corner of one panel was snug against the neighbouring panel but there was a gap at the top corner of about .5 cm. It took a bit of pushing and pulling to get things to open and close. Finally, the corners on the rug in front of the sink curled upwards which made it easy to trip over them. (see photo).

The apartment was perfect! It was as spacious as in the pictures, very clean and had all the amenities mentioned in the booking page. An excellent choice. Really glad we stayed here.

There is nothing that we didn't like during our stay. Everything was perfect!

Siisti yksiö hyvällä sijainnilla. Ruokakauppa aivan kulman takana. Asunnon varustus on hyvä. Sopii parhaiten 1-2 henkilölle. Sähköinen oven avaus toimi hyvin.

Majoitusta varatessa asiakas tekee ostopäätöksensä varausportaalissa olevien tietojen ja kuvien perusteella. Nyt ikävä kyllä mielikuva majoituksesta ei kohdannut kohteen todellisuuden kanssa. Asunnon pohjaratkaisu oli eri, samoin kalustus. Tähän liittyen näytti olevan toinenkin palaute, jonka huomasin vasta nyt. Pieni huijauksen maku tällaisesta jää, koska vaikka asunto sinänsä oli ok, mutta se ei ollut kuitenkaan sen mukainen kuin varausvaiheessa tietojen ja kuvien perusteella annetaan ymmärtää.

Asunto oli hyvällä paikalla ja oikein viihtyisä pieni toimiva kämppä. Mukavan iso lasitettu parveke, johon voisi lisätä kulmasohvaa tms.

Liian uutta tekniikkaa ovien avautuminen puhelimesta sovelluksella. Sisäänkirjautumisohjeet olisi voineet olla selkeämmät.
