Lovely rooms, the host is fantastic, very responsive and helpful. There is a kitchen in the property for biscuits and coffee/tea first thing in the morning and then breakfast was also amazing offered at a cafe near by.

In a great location in the heart of the old town. Building was well maintained and had the feeling of old Italy.

No microwave or pot to use to boil an egg. No milk available for coffee/tea.

The apartment was very well situated and Matteo was a great host who met us at the parking and took us to the accomodation. He gifted us a lovely bottle of wine and was available for questions. A nice clean and comfortable room.

There are two flights of stairs but not a problem if you are able to get up with your luggage.

Very charming place, excellent shower, cozy rooms, in the heart of the old town. Very good breakfast served at a nearby restaurant. The property has two rooms and a common living room with a kitchen. I stayed in one room with my husband and his elderly parents stayed at the other room. There’s some stairs to access the rooms but they didn’t mind at all. We all had a good time. It’s prettier than the pictures. We highly recommend this place!

Pitigliano was the highlight of our trip to Italy! I’ve only seen places like this in the movies. The town was so quaint and unique. Locals were very welcoming to us as they are not inundated with tourists to the degree of other more common destinations. They even showed me patience as I poorly attempted Italian, lol. The actual apartment was right in the center of the old town. Matteo (host) was very sweet and accommodating (we booked last minute). He stopped by upon arrival and kept checking in by text to make sure we were comfortable. He also provided breakfast vouchers at an adorable coffee shop nearby. The cleaning staff were all smiles. We were given a private room and then there is a shared living room with a kitchenette and balcony (there are only 2 rooms total and we were the only guests, so we had the place to ourselves). Just know that it’s only one bed, so more appropriate for a couple or a single.

This has nothing to do with the accommodations, but be aware that you can’t drive up to the room, since cars are not allowed in the old town. You have to park about 5 minutes outside and then walk your stuff in. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have a ton of stuff, it could be difficult.
