AUHuge space. Great location for Imperial Citadel. Charming Vietnamese style villa. Excellent communication. The hosts were very helpful allowing us to stay (at a cost) for very late checkout as we were getting a late train to Hanoi.
No washing machine unfortunately (this was included on list of inclusions). When I booked I thought breakfast was included/available but it wasn’t. Not a great variety of eating places within close proximity. Don’t confuse Le Robinet Homestay reviews with Le Robinet Villa reviews (same owners, different accommodations).

DEExcellent house, great location and well equipped. Very good organization by the hosts.
They charge you a 2.5% fee when paying with credit card. This is not mentioned anywhere in the rental conditions. So you better have enough cash with you.
RUIt was an awesome choice for us. We enjoyed the location (5 minutes away from Imperial Citadel) and the size of the property. The paper map that the host gave to us was extremely useful. We managed to try Cà Phê Muối thanks to it. I also liked the big TV on the wall on the ground floor.
GBBeautifully appointed and very spacious. Well placed for citadel with great support from staff at the homestay.
There's nothing to not like; apart from lack of side lights, but that is true of every place!
