"Started out with a dream, it's dying from lack of upkeep and maintenance"

Had the basic amenities

pretty dusty and clearly looks like the place has not been maintained in a while. electrical hazard in bathroom due to exposed wires. stairs were small and sharp edged. Not safe for kids and it looks like some features like clothes railings will break on contact. Also there is a bunch of toiletries leftover from previous tenants and things in the fridge which is also dirty btw. Front gate could not be locked, at least i didnt find a padlock or anything similar. you can also only lock the front door steel grill and not the door itself?
