The apartment was as the pictures show, new, modern and with good security.

What ruined our experience was the communication with the owners. Problems started when we couldn't find the apartment (booking.com doesn't have the exact address) and for some reason they couldn't send coordinates but only the name of the street. After many back and forth, it was possible to get the address. Getting the keys took a long time as well even though we had agreed to an exact time. The amenities were lacking in the apartment, no washing machine (although this was the reason for booking the place) and the knife in the apartment was so dull we had to buy a new one. And on top of that, interactions with the owners were problematic, disrespectful towards us as customers and they went back on their promises. We were going to leave it at that but the last drop was the owners asking for an excellent review after horrible customer service and rude communication.

The whole apartment is worth my money, everything is perfect, customer service is great, it’s near by 2 shopping malls, 24hrs supermarket,the security is top notch , the interior is modern, the kitchen has everything you need, I will definitely come back again and again, I didn’t want to leave but I had to, I recommend this apartment to everyone.
