Beautiful place and perfect location. Laura also was super friendly and ensured she blocked for us free parking right by the property.

We received a very warm welcome from Laura who greeted us , showed us where to park (right in the street outside apartment) Apartment was nicely furnished and we had a very enjoyable stay in San Giovanni Rotondo.

Appartamento bellissimo ti senti a casa . Posizione ottima comoda a tutto. Pulito , tutto funzionante e perfetto . Consigliatissimo . Materasso super !

A casa é linda, toda nova, Laura e seu filho sao pessoas muito boas, quando eu voltar e para la que vou.

La casa è molto curata nei dettagli, con una coerenza estetica che salta all'occhio. Sono presenti elementi legati alla terra, come anfore, muri in mattone, pavimentazione in simil marmo in certi passaggi. Molto bello l'effetto all'entrata dove una parte del pavimento presenta una vetrata illuminata con dentro vasi e anfore. Sembra di trovarsi in un posto prezioso di storia, allo stesso tempo caldo e con tutti i confort di una casa moderna. La cucina e il bagno infatti sono in stile moderno ma perfettamente in armonia con il resto. È presente una bella Smart tv. La pulizia eccellente. La signora Laura ci ha fatto trovare un bel cesto con prodotti per la colazione e la sua accoglienza è sicuramente degna di nota: gentilissima, molto disponibile, attenta alle esigenze e sempre reperibile, molto solare e accogliente.

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. L'unico piccolo appunto potrebbe essere che essendo proprio sulla strada, finestre e porta d'ingresso non permettono un affaccio sull'esterno più intimo e riservato. Questo però è puramente un parere soggettivo.

Beautifully refurbished with great character!

Our recent stay at this apartment in San Giovanna was nothing short of outstanding. Without a doubt, it was the best apartment we have ever stayed in, and we’ve travelled extensively. From the moment we stepped through the door, we could tell that this place was something special.The apartment itself is immaculate — fresh, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and convenient stay. It’s rare to find a place where you don’t feel like you’re missing something, but this apartment had it all. From kitchen essentials to small touches like extra blankets, laundry soap, condiments and even a breakfast basket…every detail had clearly been considered. There was a real sense that the host didn’t just furnish the space, but truly curated it with care and the guest experience in mind.The location is also ideal — peaceful yet central, with easy access to local attractions, buses, and restaurants. It made exploring San Giovanni a breeze, and coming home each evening was a pleasure in itself.What really set this stay apart, however, was the host, Laura. She was incredibly attentive from the very beginning — welcoming us personally upon arrival, making sure we had everything we needed, and remaining available on WhatsApp around the clock. Her warmth and professionalism were deeply appreciated. It’s not often that a host goes above and beyond to this extent.

Nothing everything perfect

The cozyness (perfect place to relax and sleep peacefuly), the apartment is small but all the furnitures are in the right places to provide comfort and enough space to move around (it can accommodate up to 4 people) . Equipped with basic amenities even snacks , washing machine , kitchen with stove , spaceous fridge with freezer , microwave oven , coffee machine and most of all , it is SQUEAKY CLEAN !❤️ Laura is VERY ACCOMODATING and FRIENDLY . Please pay attention to her instruction about the location and which bus stop should drop by for it is very close to the apartment . Access to the Padre Pio Shrine is very easy . The bus stops are close , just few minutes away by foot . Close to restaurants and shops . A night for us is not enough to enjoy the place but since we only have very limited time to explore Italy , i think the short stay in the apartment gave us comfort . Better see the apartment with your own eyes because it is way better than what is in the picture provided from booking.com . I will definitely go back and hoping that the apartment is available for me and my friends . Thank you Casa di Laura for giving us comfort and safety like our own homes ❤️
