No hot water and smelt

Location good for what i needed... that was why i choose it but EVERYTHING ELSE was poor at best. Room hadn't been hoovered. Coffee cup stains on coffee table. Dusty. Shower didnt work told to use communual one on first floor which wasnt good. Too hot or too cold. No mirror for shaving in either bathroom. I requesred secon night to be cancelld was offered it for free. Very good but hasnt refunded yet and no reply to messages. Ended up being locked out on the second night as someone lost the Only key! Ended up climbing through a window. Think its going to be a small claims court job to get money

Cleanliness shower own key mirror. Mirror was provided at 11pm last evening!

Bed comfortable, clean towels provided room clean, bathroom clean, rooms were clean and spacious

Kept burning my arm on heated towel rail everytime i went to toilet, shower was cold, and had no tv or wifi. Only had 3 teabags no coffee door was hard to find had to phone owner it wasnt clearly marked.

Nothing

All of it. Absolutely Filthy, bed not even made never mind clean linen, toilet had been recently used, as had the shower, mess all over the table and carpet, bogeys on the walls. Disgusting.
