La zona è in pieno centro a pochi metri dal mare, la struttura è già ben fornita ed il luogo pulito. Non c'è un parcheggio riservato, ma la zona è piena di parcheggi pubblici non a pagamento, potrebbe essere un problema solo in alta stagione estiva. Un'altra cosa è la vicinanza alla ferrovia, cosa trascurabile perché non si sentiva molto. Abbiamo fatto self check-in e il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile per telefono

L'unica pecca era l'assenza di wifi (ma per noi non è stato un problema), e la seduta del wc che era scheggiata lateralmente, quindi ti graffiava il sotto-coscia quando ti alzavi (una pecca facilmente riparabile)
