The room was OK for a single person.

I booked a double room, but they gave me a 4ft bed (big enough for 2 kids). When I asked them to change it, they didn't reply. I asked for a refund in the end, and they called me a liar, a scammer and said I was blackmailing them, called me an immoral and dishonourable person etc etc... Also, the place is pretty sketchy. Apartment itself was ok but the complex was full of trash, broken glass, etc. I told them precisely when I'd arrive, but nobody was there to meet me so I had to borrow a stranger's phone to call them (I warned them I'd not be able to call). Was left waiting out in the cold for 25 minutes at around 10pm. Would have been ok if it weren't for their extreme rudeness about this. Also, the towels stank of mold. Kitchenette was pretty good though, it was quite clean other than the towels, shower and bathroom was OK. TLDR; only suitable for 1 person who doesn't mind moldy towels, and their customer service is abysmal.
