unique studio with 2 ACs & Free Wi-Fi by the sea and Hilton Hotel in Alexandria

Excellent experience after 17 years away from Alexandria, refresh my memories, the place is perfect close to general transportation, and shops , quite neighbors, and friendly staff . I recommend this studio hardly .

Friendly and helpful staff that can speak English well. Fridge and microwave provided. Small balcony to get fresh air.

All good. But it can be better if the towel provided are bigger in size .

The host was very hospitable and kind. He made sure I was comfortable with everything and even offered to show me around the city. He had everything prepared so I did not have to scramble around for anything. The apartment was clean and tidy, and there were a lot of shops, restaurants, and bakeries around it which made everything easier.

在一个房主拿东西砸向你，威胁你和家人人身和财产安全的地方，不可能有任何东西满意。

到店后我的70岁父母提出需要毛毯或被子，他们前几晚在开罗一直盖棉被，而房东只有一个毛毯和几个薄床单，房东想让我们叠加几个床单凑合，我父母不接受，因为他那几床床单看起来粗燥又陈旧，房东说没有办法解决，我说那我问一下booking平台有什么建议。这时候这位号称doctor的房东老头暴怒，大喊着让我们拿行李滚出去。我坚定说着no，这是我们预订的房间，我们也会在这里解决问题。房东老头拿起长柄扫帚大力摔到地上，我猜他是想打在我身上但是他身边的女士制止了他。他又拿起吸尘器想摔打出去，那位女士又制止了他。根据旁边那位女士的反应，显然她对他的暴怒并不奇怪并习以为常。 我害怕极了，大声问他在干什么？为什么要这样做？如果再不停下就要报警了。那位女士把他拉出了房间，他又去客厅要把我们的行李扔出去，我大声说着no，不许动我们的东西。以上这些我已全部录制视频并且传给booking平台作为证据。 很难想象，房东竟然要向住客使用肢体武力！更难想象如果是一个女生或者弱者再次面临他的怒吼和肢体武力威胁该怎么办？人身和财产威胁是最不能容忍的。 住客来自世界各地，生活习惯大不相同，如果仅是因为住客提了你不能满足的要求就要大喊大叫甚至要打人，那我想这种人是没有资格进入旅游行业的，更不能直接和游客接触。 后面我们实在不敢待在他的地方，在凌晨两点更换了酒店。 为了你宝贵的人身和财产安全，我建议你永远不要预订这间公寓，因为你不知道他会在什么时候失控，甚至打人。

The location is very convenient and has everything you need. I didn't find any difficulty staying there. They are also very cooperative and polite in dealing. I am thinking well about repeating the experience and recommending the place to friends. Special thanks to the entire work team. It was a truly new and excellent experience.

The place is very close to all vital areas.

The owner was very supportive. We couldn't find any lockers after checking out, but he generously introduced his friend to take our stuff. It was a great experience, close to the beach !

For checking out, I didn't know to whom the keys should be delivered. We left our keys inside the flat , but after then?! We couldn't use the elevator because it needed to have a badge, which in the keys! It can easily be solved by the generous owner , again a very gentleman person
