Cosy 2 Bedrooms at Mission Bay

Nothing place was not hygienic especially for young children

The entrance/porch was not presentable, Was dirty. As we opened the door cob/spider webs and spiders were very visible. The blinds were dusty/moldy. The Wi-fi was not the best (2g). We did not stay there we rebooked other accommodation which was an additional cost due to the place being unpresentable.

An absolute stunning area and so relaxing and peaceful.

5 min walk to shops. 20 min walk to beach. Pretty nice location. When we needed the owners' help with broken appliances their response was cordial and helpful.

It's a granny flat, located on the side of the main property where the owners live, right by the drive-way where 2 cars are parked 1 meter from the flat's living area. The flat's view from the living area is on the back of two cars-nothing else. The garden is steep and of little practical use. The owners, whilst on the property the entire time, did not care to greet us or make any form of contact. Perhaps some visitors would appreciate that sort of privacy but we experienced it as cold and unwelcoming. Not suitable for a family or for young kids. No place to play outside, a single hot-plate and bare minimum kitchen area/utensils. This disappointed us since we expressly received confirmation before we made the booking that the place would be suitable for a family of 4. The flat has a deep damp smell. This was our most unpleasant booking experience thus far, after more than 10 years of using Booking. We cancelled our stay here prematurely even knowing we could not get repaid and sought alternative accommodation. The owners were not willing to repay anything either but the place was so inconvenient that we decided to bail anyways. Beds were terrible. We would be ashamed to rent out a place like this at these rates.

Location was the best.

Could be priced a bit cheaper but still nice

It was very dirty, there was black mould on the wardrobe walls and roof, bathroom shower and fridge. the people live in same property but didn't talk to us at all. There was a back yard they said to make use of with our dog but then said our dog had to stay on leash. They told us after we paid off an extra 50 a night for cleaning because of dog
