La ubicación y la seguridad de la vivienda y la amabilidad de los guardias.

Estaba sucio, los lavaderos atascados pedimos que un fontanero se pasará pero nunca vino. Escasez de cubiertos, de tazas grandes de café no de té . No había esponja, algunos interruptores rotos, cables de electricidad sin proteger lo que es peligroso si tiene a niños pequeños. Es un apartamento que podría ser mucho mejor gestionado pero la limpieza es muy mala.
