Everything was perfect really! The apartment is spacious and nice, parking spot was ideal. We couldn't have asked for more. Anita is the best host you can find in Budapest.

The location of this B&B is very central, directly opposite the Ruins Bar, but it is actually very quiet because it is located in the inner side of the apartment. The door of the apartment is guarded by a manager at all times. The door to the apartment and the door to the B&B are monitored by password locks, so there is no problem with security. In addition, the B&B has two rooms, each with a double bed. The sofa bed in the living room is also very large, and it is very comfortable for an adult to sleep on it. The kitchen is very complete, including induction cooker, oven, large refrigerator, bread machine, dishwasher, and a complete set of tableware and dishes. There is also a bathroom and two toilets---it is so convenient for a family of five! In the B&B, we don’t have to queue up to use the toilet. It’s so touching! In addition, there is an LG washing and drying machine in the bathroom, which thoughtfully comes with laundry detergent. We always throw our dirty clothes directly into the machine after taking a shower every day, and they are dry and clean the next morning. This way you don’t have to carry too much clothing when traveling long distances! In addition, every space in this B&B is equipped with air conditioning, which also greatly increases the comfort!

1. Because the balcony is connected to other households, we occasionally see other people passing by the passage outside our balcony, which makes us feel a little unsafe. Maybe we can add some security measures or increase the shading of curtains so that we can turn on the lights at night. Later, if someone passes by the balcony passage, the view will be less clear. 2. On the third night of our stay, the door code lock of the B&B was accidentally opened when no one was around (but only once). After we responded to the B&B owner Anita, she quickly responded to us and asked security to adjust the surveillance video to make sure no one came to open the door. It might be a simple door lock failure, and she also promised to strengthen the security of the door lock.

Everything! From the cleanliness, the well organized owner, the variety of services included to the perfect location and comfortable beds. This is a luxury apartment.

If you can dig into details to find something not positive was some noise from horns late at night, coming from the road at the side of the building entrance. It is a restricted access road and some cars stay longer there at night, blocking others. It happened on Saturday night only, the road is full of life!

Excellent location situated in centre of Budapest. Apartment itself is really nice with all possible amenities. We also appreciated clear instructions how to get to the apartment and also the hospitality.
