The view was spectacular. The decor was nice.

The air conditioning was inadequate during the day. I would suggest blackout curtains to use during the heat of the day. For the price, we expected higher end amenities and attention to detail. for example, the soap dispenser in the bathroom had soap, but the pump didn’t work. There is a small, hotel-like coffee maker-for an apartment that sleeps 5 easily. After staying at many vacation rentals, we were surprised that the amenities (shampoo, paper towels, etc) seemed to be stocked “on the cheap”. Parking was handy, well lit and safe.

I only liked it for the view and location.

The room looked oldish like the paint was coming off the walls and corners. The toilets flushed very weak and the iron supplied was very old and rusty. Also the floors were not swept or mopped I saw a lot of dust and dirt plus the furniture was cheap and some of it was broken like the chairs when we got there. The whole building was oldish like the elevators to the penthouse were old and noisy and the parking garage is very small and doesn’t have height clearance so our truck couldn’t be parked inside or else it would scrape the top.
