apartment we rent was not cleaned after last guests , very bad smell humidity not provide enough lining for sleeping even after we ask they did not provide it. we have to wash from another apartment dirty from other guests so first night our kid had to sleep with us in same bad

is not apartment is a garage that is so humid, and no one came after we complained. the owner is doing business out of Spain and don't care much. money is taken from Booking and is not returneble you can't contact booking, so you take it or sleep on the street next night some other people came in apartment next door and have no code to entre they could not contact as is no one there ant they left I think to sleep at another place even was booked and paid where is Booking to assist you, talk to robot ...
