Super schöne Apartments in bester Lage. Man hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht und alles war sehr sauber.

Es wird von den Gästen erwartet vor der Abreise den Spüler auszuräumen und den Müll rauszubringen. Das finde ich für Apartments in der Preisspanne und für die lange Reinigungszeit-Spanne (7 Stunden) unangemessen und auch nicht normal. Weiterhin mussten wir leider 2 Nächte vorher abreisen, da meine Frau vorzeitig Wehen bekommen hat. Da es uns dort sehr gut gefallen hat und wir gerne wiedergekommen wären, fragte ich, ob auf Kulanzbasis vielleicht ein Gutschein für die verbliebenen Nächte (gerne auch gegen eine Gebühr) möglich wäre, da gab es leider keinerlei entgegenkommen und nur ein paar Standardsätze als Antwort. Auch das fanden wir in dem hochpreisigem Segment nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich.
