XAThe fridge doesn't get cold, we had to get food daily, carpet on stairs, needs fixing correctly, no access out of the front door internally without key, could be a fire hazard.

It’s a beautiful place but the place was so dusty and the floors were extremely dirty.There was broken glass in the garden and rubbish left in the bins from the previous tenant. It’s such a shame as it’s a nice space but without the place being cleaned properly it was very off putting stating there. The iron board needs replacing it’s not levelled! The neighbours parked in front of the drive and blocked the driveway twice.

GBAll perfect apart from heating being on on arrival so was booking on entry Also beer cans and boxes not put out for rubbish apart from this the accommodation was perfect and didn’t spoil our stay at all

It was dirty and definitely not cleaned well The fridge didn't keep things cold - we tried turning it up but that didn't help There was not enough seating - 1 small sofa and chair for 5 adults and 1 child No garden chairs and the garden was disgusting and full of fag butt's The shower sheet and bottom of the toilet were filthy although the actual shower was good

The unclean bedding, curtains and floors. We complained to the company and they come back saying they would get back to us but still not. The bedding was filthy! The boiler in the middle room was so noisy no one slept and the person sleeping in the room had to be checked for carbon Monoxide poisoning. This was again raised with the housing company and no one come back to us. Poor all round.
GBvery good property, plenty of space and close to local shops etc. Very easy to access everything with an uber! The decor was very nice and the bathroom and bedroom where held to a high standard!
I do think that the cutlery could be cleaner as alot of it needed to be washed pre-use. The bedrooms had TV brackets but no TVs which was a shame.
