Advert said there were three single beds in one of the bedrooms but there were only two.

Parking and accessibility issues: I got a £70 parking fine when it says free public parking on the ad. It is difficult to access the property if you have mobility issues as you have to walk down pathways and 2 flights of stairs. From looking at the pictures and reading about the property thoroughly on Booking.com there is no indication of this so my elderly parents had great difficulty getting to the property with the amount of stairs to go down and only one hand rail to hold on to (because the other one was too far to reach). If I knew in advance I would not have booked this property because it is not accessible and if you have a wheelchair forget it.
GBGBAnother great stay in a very comfortable, well-equipped family home. The toys for young children were a real bonus. Shops, cafes, restaurants and even food trucks are available a few minutes walk away at Edmonton Green. Although we drove to get there, we did not need to use the car again. With a selection of bus routes and an overground station at Edmonton Green, we simply used public transport. Anyone with mobility issues should note that the house is down 2 sets of steps from the street. However, the steps are in excellent condition and have substantial handrails.

GBThis property is one of the best suprise finds I have had staying anywhere. It is so so quite, it is in a small little courtyard tucked away and nicce and quite. You forget its in a city.
