It was clean

Semi detarched house split into 7 x tiny rooms. Small box rooms with cheap shabby bedroom furniture.Poor sound proofing, old doors and windows with gaps. Draughty and noisy. Poorly fitted and decor throughout except shower rooms. Wrongly represented on Booking .com. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.. spy cameras in kitchen etc. Like a half way house for ex cons.

Self check in is nice

The bed was not comfortable.The bedding were not good

Clean tidy and comfortable

We had some trouble finding it as our taxi driver took us to the wrong location. With all our luggage for our cruise holiday we were left stranded in Southampton. We called the room operator and he was very helpful. He even came and helped us to get inside the building.

It was difficult to find as we have no idea of the location

The property is very well maintained and clean. It’s good value for money.

The bed is the only negative in the room, literally springs popped out in the mattress. I couldn’t sleep all night.
