Pleasantly surprised with this clean, lovley, well planned room. Everything you need for a stay! From toiletries, towels, TV and lovley laundered bedding. They had even provided a fan due to current heat conditions. Don't be fooled with the 1st impression of a tired Victoria house. Thus is a hidden gem, and exceptional value for money.... Well done

The exterior is a bit off putting. But you soon get over that with the quality of the rooms.

Location was great for us as we were attending a party in Totton. The free parking was great as it's very busy area to park in

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everything looked as shown in the photos, and the staff was friendly. However, the overall experience was affected by the noise. We could hear people in the neighbouring rooms, the floors were creaky, and doors were constantly slamming, especially at night. It was difficult to rest properly because of that. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best option. Otherwise, it's a clean and decent place to stay.

Bathroom spacious. Room kind of spacious too. Smart TV. Location alright.

Room stunk of cigarettes, was very stuffy and shower was terrible (no pressure and could only be boiling hot or cold). Plates weren't clean in the kitchen. Front door had to be left open or you couldn't get in the house (happened to us and luckily another guest let us in). Walls very thin.

Very clean room.

People being noisy, coming in and out until 3.15 a.m.

The location is not at the center but near the Mayflower Terminal.

Newly renovated. Kitchen we'll supplied. Clean. Close to CBD.

No reception. Took time to get into the room. No one to call for help with luggage. No lift to the third floor, luggage heavy.
