The staff was very nice and very polite, service was fast in general, size of room is also good, I liked that they pointed where qebla is

Pillow was not very comfortable, would rather have more breakfast options

The hotel is super clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, Ruba at the reception was great and very welcoming.

It would be great if they had a spa.

I really liked the staff at reception Ruba they way she handled the room booking and making sure all the requirements were provided without any delay. Infact she also helped to change the room based on my preference.
