Access is very steep and not easy to get in and out, not a deal breaker for us but it’s a bit of a leap Of faith going in and out.
GBEasy walking distance to Brixham harbour and restaurants etc. Numbered parking space which was great. Lovely touch of a Christmas tree😊
Flat was very cold and we needed to use two duvets at night to keep warm but it was a winter stay. Need a handle to get in and out of shower/bath as tight space.
GBIt's about 400yds from the centre of Brixham, the flat is clean, well equipped and pleasant.
The flat was cold when i arrived as was the water. As I was arriving late at night so i couldn't shower. It took me a while to work out the heating (no instructions) but the hot water switch was evident. There is no wifi and no mobile reception (EE, not sure about others).
GBGBGB- Nice clean and tidy well equipped apartment. - An easy walk, 5 mins to the harbour, with plenty of shops, takeaways and pubs even closer. - A generous sized parking space which is essential in Brixham.
- Though the bedrooms and lounge/kitchen/diner were reasonably sized the bathroom/toilet was disproportionately small, not much bigger than the bath in it.
GBThe flat was clean , warm and had an amazing feel good factor.

GBVery close to the town centre. The flat was clean and tastefully furnished. It had all the appliances you'd possibly need, plus kettle, microwave, crockery and kitchenware
No two pin shaving socket in the bathroom. But that's a small point. Bring a 3 pin adaptor if you stay here.

As a ground floor apartment you have to hope the people above you are considerate which is out of the owners control & like any accommodation with people above you it’s the luck of the drawer
