If I could give this place more than 10/10, I would. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel like guests, we felt like family. The Riad itself is very beautiful, peaceful, and well located. The rooms were comfortable, always spotless, and peaceful. The breakfast was more than delicious and fresh. But what truly makes this place special is the people. The hospitality we experienced here is something I have rarely seen in my life. We were welcomed with a level of kindness and hospitality that is difficult to put into words. Everyone made us feel welcomed, cared for and genuinely at home. A very special thank you to Momo, who is one of the kindest and most incredible people we have ever met. He was always there for us, always helping, making sure we were comfortable, always welcoming us with a smile and making every day better. My grandma became very attached to him. We left with thousands of photos and beautiful memories, but also with something much more valuable, the feeling that we had found a place full of kindness. Proof that strangers can make a place feel like home. Thank you for everything. We will never forget this place and hopefully we will be back soon.

Close proximity to the medina, taxi could come right to the entrance

As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. The riad is run by two men. At 10:30 PM, while I was already asleep, one of the hosts repeatedly knocked on my door. Even after I called out from inside that I was sleeping, he refused to leave and continued knocking until I opened it. Because they had been communicating with me via WhatsApp earlier, there was absolutely no reason this couldn't have been a text message. When I opened the door, it was a host I hadn't yet met. I told him he woke me up, but he completely dismissed it. Instead of apologizing for an emergency, he just asked where I was from and what time I wanted breakfast. I felt an incredibly strange vibe, so I closed the door and went back to bed. The next morning at breakfast, he continued to pester me, aggressively questioning why I hadn't wanted to open the door the night before. I did not feel safe in his company and cannot recommend this place to other women traveling alone.

A nossa estadia foi fantástica e fomos extremamente bem recebidos! A hospitalidade de todas as pessoas com quem interagimos foi excecional. Todo o espaço é lindíssimo, destacando-se a limpeza impecável e uma ótima relação qualidade-preço. O pequeno-almoço é excelente e muito bem servido. Adorámos ter um tabuleiro de xadrez à disposição, que acabámos por usar bastante. A localização é muito boa e conveniente, com a pequena ressalva de que a rua de acesso é um pouco poeirenta.

A nossa estadia no quarto Queen Superior, situado no último piso, foi prejudicada por um ruído intermitente e muito agudo vindo de uma das máquinas no telhado do edifício. O som é bastante audível dentro do quarto. Como ficámos apenas uma noite e trazíamos tampões para os ouvidos, conseguimos descansar, mas para estadias mais longas teria sido insuportável. Sugiro que reparem o equipamento ou que evitem alocar hóspedes neste piso até a situação estar resolvida. Além disso, a água da piscina estava bastante fria, mesmo com as temperaturas exteriores a rondar os 40ºC.

Location is fine, not too close from the main square but walking distance through the souk. Decoration is nice Size of the room

For the daily rate paid we were expecting a kettle in the room or at least a bottle of water. You can buy a big bottle beside for 6 dirhams (less than 0.60€) but in a place where water is not potable is a nice touch to provide water. Breakfast is poor Some noises during late hours at night probably someone (not guests) listening videos too loud Roof has potential but it's a bit messy and not very well looked after Taxi to/from the airport is almost half price compared to hotel's offer

Il Riad era semplicemente spettacolare! La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, ma il vero gioiello era il cortile interno: una meravigliosa piscina circondata da piante e fiori, illuminata dalla luce naturale che rendeva ogni dettaglio incantevole. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire completamente della colazione, avendo tour molto presto, ma gli Host sono stati estremamente gentili nel prepararci qualcosa da mangiare al volo: biscotti, torta, frutta, spremuta e caffè caldo, serviti sul tavolino nel cortile vicino alla nostra stanza. Gli Host sono davvero simpatici, disponibili e ospitali, sempre pronti ad aiutare in qualsiasi necessità. Il Riad dispone anche di una splendida terrazza con lettini per massaggi o per prendere il sole, dalla quale si gode di una vista incantevole sulla Medina. Siamo stati davvero benissimo e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza indimenticabile.
