Location was great, everything was close and you can walk to many attractions. The house was cosy and clean. I liked the Friends theme touches since I like the show. The host was super nice and helped answer so many of my questions and kept checking on us. He gave instructions on how to access and answered all my questions about how to check in and hot to get a taxi, but we ended up using uber.

The apartment is right above some bars and nightlife we had no sleep at all, it was so loud it felt like we were downstairs with everyone with no sound proof. We had an early flight and at 4 am there was still so much noise and some people puking from drinking all night then at 5 am the street sweeper came with more noise and we left at 6am. If you are young and use this apartment to go out this will be perfect for you because of the location but if you want to sleep especially on the weekend this might not work. Other than the not sleeping everything else was good

Very cute place. In the old town, 5 min walk from beach - perfect location! Bottle of wine was given as a present - thank you very much! Staff provided a video how to get inside of apartment and additional information about surrounding area. Everything was perfect!

Could be more storage space for clothes.

Great location in lively old town, just be prepared that it's not a quite and calm place to stay. 5 minutes walk to the sea. Corner windows of the flat Are great. Very nice host. Good bike rental downstairs.

We had to wear ear plugs as it was extremely noisy from the bars below - very loud untill 4am !!

The host is great, provided very detailed and helpful instruction for check in (it is self check in), provided us with a bunch of restaurant recommendation and was overall very responsive and seems to really care for the location. The location is also good, if you plan to PARTY on the weekend in Alicante and want to be close to the city beach and public transport network, as both are within walking distance. Host had provided coffee pods for us and waters for everyone, which was a sweet touch. The place seemed overall clean kept. Bathroom was vast, but oddly the sink was tiny.

The apartment is right above a bunch of bars with 0 sound isolation; we were there for one night on a Saturday and up until 4-5 am, people are pouring down the street bellow and yelling and having fun, but we barely had any sleep that night. The pictures of the flat are misleading, mind you and we were quite disappointed when we got there. The place seems patched up but it needs a lot more care (see pictures). It cannot house more than 4 people, unless the host changes the sofa bed, as when you pull it out it is literally 3 flat cushion on the floor, very used up and there was a weird bar running through it, making it even more uncomfortable, not ok even for one night. Not to mention it was full of crumbs when we pulled it out. The rest of the beds were squeaky, but not that bad for a short stay. Air conditioning also didn't seems to work, regardless of our efforts to turn it on or program it in any way. The flat is in an old building that's currently being renovated, so the entrance is all in construction works, flat is on the second floor - no elevator and a very narrow staircase, so be mindful for people with mobility issues.

The apartment is spacious enough.

Very loud, until 4 in the morning people are on the streets - shouting, drinking and eating, you can forget about sleeping. The apartment needs improvements here and there. The pull-out bed is not very comfortable. Repairs are taking place all around, in the neighboring apartments, drilling has been going on since early in the morning around 8. After 4 in the morning, I just manage to fall asleep and already at 8 the repair starts, which is quite terrible. It is possible that the repair works are no longer being carried out. Dangerous stairs !
