Etoile by halu! Chic apartment

Fantastic location, well appointed apartment. Only the first floor but there is a lift available so very easily accessible. Great to have all the kitchen and laundry facilities. Contact with the the managing group easy on whatsapp and quickly answered questions.

Extra bags supplied in the bathrooms would have been useful. Booking.com states 3 bedroom. Its more of 2 bedroom with a sofa bed in a side room.

Sehr zentral in Thessaloniki, sehr schöner Meerblick, in jedem Zimmer Klimaanlage.

Wohnzimmertisch leicht kaputt, aber nicht schlimm, sehr kleiner Fahrstuhl.

Treba da ga poseti “ kucni majstor” sitne popravke.polomljena nogica stola, vrata od balkona koja se teško otvaraju….. i da nema komarnike

1. The property does not have 4 bedrooms. In fact it has 3 bedrooms and a study room with a sofa bed. Information in booking.com is misleading 2. When we booked there was a maintenance undergoing regarding the facade of the building and as an outcome the view (including sea view) was completely blocked. The host communicated with me 48h before check-in to inform me about this issue "offering" to cancel the reservation. It is of note that it was a very busy period because of Greek National Day + City Celebration Day and 99% of apartments in Thessaloniki`s center were already booked, giving me no option but to accept the reservation. Since I am from Thessaloniki, I have many friends and relatives there, so a trusted person visited the building during this 48h of notice period, and spoke in person with the maintenance staff who informed us that the process had started many weeks ago and they were going to continue during our stay. So it`s obvious that the hosts informed me only the last minute just to cover themselves and leave me without any good option. If they wanted to be fair they should inform me many days in advance since the reservation wasn`t a last minute one 3. Cockroaches: Okay it is well known for all people that have lived in Thessaloniki`s center that most of the buildings have cockroaches. But with such a high price/night you expect that pest control is frequent and effective, unfortunately that wasn`t the case for this property

We had an amazing time there. The apartment was everything we could have asked for – spacious, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. It’s right in the center of the city, just a short walk from all the main attractions like the White Tower and the Rotunda. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a perfect mix of city and sea, which made for the best spot to unwind after a busy day. Inside, the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!) to cook meals, the bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and bathrooms were clean and modern, which made our stay super convenient. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The whole experience felt effortless and enjoyable. All in all, the apartment is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Thessaloniki. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
