I enjoyed my stay the property was clean n everything was very peaceful n relaxing.

I did not like the entire encounter on behalf of me leaving the property. I was put out of the property even thought there was a policy in place for me if I needed to stay extra time on the departure date.

We were in town for a show at The Filmore and it was incredibly close, less than ten minutes away so it was very convenient. The place was cute and cozy and perfect for what we were looking for!

From the outside looking in I was just slightly skeptical, it’s a stand alone building in what feels like a more industrial part of the area near the water. It does look quite old and worn down from the outside. There is a gated parking lot, so you have to pull off, Get the keys and remote from the lock box, then pull in to park. It felt very safe with the locked parking and two different key entries (main front door to all lofts then specific key to the apartment). Once you get in though temperature was good and it was clean in common area. The loft itself though exceeded our expectations. The vibes were soooooo good. Super fun artwork, lots of color and pattern, high exposed ceilings, brick, it just had so much personality!!!! And it’s soooo spacious! We truly enjoyed our stay and want to come back just for fun!!!

The only thing I will note is the apartment/loft is all the way at the end of the building, opposite where you enter. And you have to go through the door that looks like it could be a fire exit to get to the rest of the hallway and then you’ll see the right apartment number. For just a few second we thought the apartment didn’t exist then reread and realized you have to push through that back door!!
